Terms of Service

ZodiaQ is a personal habit tracking app. You may use it for any lawful personal purpose. No account is required, and you do not need to provide any personal information to use it.

Because everything is stored locally on your device and never sent to a server, you are responsible for your own data. In particular:

• Uninstalling the app deletes your habits and history permanently
• Losing, resetting or wiping your device deletes your data with it
• We hold no copy of your data and cannot restore it for you

• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Redistribute, resell or sublicense the app or its constellation artwork
• Use the app in any way that breaks the law where you live

The ZodiaQ name, logo, mascot and all constellation illustrations are the property of Tiam Rietsch. The habit data you create is entirely yours.

ZodiaQ is offered as-is and may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time. Features may be added or removed between versions. Notable changes are recorded in the changelog.

ZodiaQ is a motivational tool, not a medical, psychological, or health service. It is provided without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss of data or any damages arising from your use of the app.
